The UK today

Two “facts” heard on the radio today:

  • there are now more mobile phones than people in the UK
  • half of UK children have had no fresh fruit or vegetables in the previous week

    I was under the impression that mobile phones had passed 100% market penetration quite some time ago. I have two, and I’m a personal technology laggard.

    It may be that this is old news, but I think OfCom have just published some numbers.
