Secret Geek has invented TODO-Driven Development. As he says, it started as a joke but it’s a cute idea. [From Strongly Typed]

Am I the only person who thinks this is getting ridiculous?

Surely there is prior art ?? Netbeans and Eclipse do this, and there has to be some arcane 4GL that already did this in the 80’s. Anyone ?
