M3P is a software consultancy that uses Agile practices to deliver high-value, high-quality software. We provide advice, coaching and training, and technical leadership for projects and software organizations.
M3P believes that successful software delivery happens when there is a culture of feedback and learning. This means measuring progress in terms of tested software, open and timely reporting, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
M3P consultants are pioneers in the UK Agile community. We ran one of the first XP projects in the country, and started the London XpDay series. We have published and presented at Agile events internationally.
